Welcome to Maria: A Bohemian Retreat in Intendente
Experience the bohemian vibe of this apartment, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Intendente. Nestled at the crossroads of new cultural life and the neighborhood's old spirit, you`ll find charming small bars and cafés all around. The authentic Tram 28E runs right in front of the apartment, and Intendente Metro Station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of the city.
Accommodations at Maria
Maria includes one shared office, three private rooms (one with its own bathroom), and one shared bathroom. Shared areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy small living room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Room B features a cozy double bed, a functional desk accompanied by a chair, and a delightful hammock for a touch of relaxation. The bathroom will be shared only with one other room. Room has a window with street view.
Our rooms are available for monthly stays, from 1st to 30th of each month, in case you want to book for more than one month you can make a request for each month you want to book.
