"Casa do Cedro" - Relaxing Villa in Albufeira
Located in Areias de S.João, 1,5 km away from Albufeira "Old Town" and a 5 min. walk from the Oura strip with it's Restaurants, Bars and Discos the villa is far enough not to be disturbed by the loud music and noise.
The villa has, three rooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds.
All rooms are equipped with reversible AC.
One full bathroom and a separated room with toillet and sink.
An open space for cooking, eating and to be in.
A porch where you can also eat, work. or just relax.
The cooking space is equiped with, toaster, Expresso machine, immersion hand blender, refrigerator, microwave, vitroceramic hob, stove, diswasher, and washing machine.
The living space is also equipped with reversible AC and there is a fire place you can enjoy.
Outside, there's a barbecue next to the porch for you to cook some meals outside. There's also an outside refreshing shower for the hot days.
Private parking for up to 3 cars.
A gardner comes once a week to tend to the garden.
