Spacious 2 rooms with balcony and regular cleaning
This 2 room spacious apartment is free for renting to one person or a couple.
It consists of two big separated rooms situated to the east and to the west, with a big balcony. Trees are surrounding the house from both sides, so you can enjoy the space without anybody looking into the apartment.
This house has an amazing daylight from both sides (east & west) and is situated in a green area of Neukolln, near Körnerpark. You have a view of trees from each window. It is surrounded by parks in a surprisingly peaceful part of Neukölln. Hidden gem, really.
The rooms come furnished with everything necessary. A double bed, sofas, large working desk, a monitor, cloth hanger, shelf, a couch, a huge drawer unit and a lot of plants.. Also painting stand for your creative moments. The bathroom is renovated and features a nice bath. There is a new Siemens washing machine. The internet is 100Mbps and with the big desk and a monitor, which makes it a good place for work. Kitchen is well equipped and everything is good for living right away.
There's a cleaning service coming over approx every 2 weeks cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and the floors.
