Bright apartment with a view of the Ria Formosa
Apartment located in Montenegro, close to the University of Algarve and Faro, with plenty of light and sunshine, and a wide, unobstructed view of the Ria Formosa.**
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies (a total of 3 balconies).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, situated in a residential area, 5 minutes from the University of Algarve and 10 minutes from Praia de Faro and the city center.
The apartment is furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, fans, and heaters. It comes with all the dishes and utensils needed for daily living.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.
