Artsy studio- close to the beach in barrio Cabañal

My place is a cozy and bright studio. The open-plan space consists of areas for sleeping, working, living and kitchen area, everything is one unit. Except the bathroom, which is separated and has a door :-) There is another door to a mini room, but it is full of my private stuff and not accessible to you.
It's 10 mins walking distance to the beach, 10 mins to the Metro No 5 and and 10 mins to the train station Cabanyal.
The city center is 4 km away, you can go there by metro or the city bikes (Valenbici). You can also use my bike, if your insurance or you cover it in case of theft (100 euro)
Highlights:
As it's on the corner, it has many windows, so a lot of light.
The wooden floor makes you feel at home
The sofa is super huge and comfy. I would say it's the most comfortable sofa on earth, but I didn't try them all... yet :-)
The open space makes it feel like in a loft, you have a lot of space for dancing or yoga etc.

I am renting my home for the 3 months July, August and September, and only to someone responsible who will look after the apartment as if it were their own. This is not a vacation rental, but a private home. Many of my personal belongings will stay here. Therefore, before you book the apartment, I want a video call to get to know you.
There are many plants that need to be watered, please tell me if you are up for this responsibility.
The apartment has typical narrow balconies
The flat is on the 3rd floor, no elevator
Be aware: My apartment is cute and artsy, but it's not modern, nor new. I made most of the renovations and built ins like the kitchen myself. It`s not perfectly new and clean because it's very old. That's why I charge much less than you would pay for other apartments so close to the beach in high season.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
When you come to Valencia, don't expect the place to be like in your home country. This is very typical in Valencias housing:
- The walls are very thin and the windows are shitty quality. So, you will hear noise from the street and from the neighbors.
- The sewer system in Valencia is super shitty, so, sometimes, bad smell comes up the tubes in the bathroom. In my place it's just once per month, but other homes always smell bad. It's not the homeowners' fault
- Valencia is quite popular with cockroaches. Again, it's not about the apartment being dirty. It's simply part of the city. Often they come throuh the windows, especially when you have a palm tree in front of your window.
