Wonderful modern-style Villa where you can work and relax in complete tranquility.
It is distributed in three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with a double bed each. A kitchen with an island open to the dining room and living room, very bright and spacious.
Outside we find a porch, a terrace with a pool, a covered dining area, with a hob, sink. It also has a barbecue area.
The road to the Villa from the coast is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the Malaga mountainous area where the house is located. It is 15min by car from Torre del Mar Beach and 45minutes to Málaga International airport.
