Cozy modern apartment for rent in Borik, the nicest area of Zadar! There are two grocery stores within 100 meters, a pharmacy is just around the corner, and plenty of restaurants are in the area.
The apartment has been renovated this year. It is wonderfully appointed with everything you need (washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, hob, AC, TV) and features a large terrace under the canopy of grapevines.
It is set on the 1st floor of the family house, on a quiet street, and is only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The rent includes Internet, TV, electricity, water, and other bills. It is ideally suitable for 1 person, max 2.
