The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has free public parking in the square where the apartment is located.
It has a balcony where you can enjoy the open view.
It also has excellent sun exposure which makes it, together with all the living conditions, an excellent place to spend holidays or telework.
There is a good internet connection and cable television with 180 channels. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and living room.
The space
The living room and two bedrooms have air conditioning offering comfort on very hot summer days and cold winter days.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds but which can be joined together and with a mattress on top it becomes a double bed. So the apartment can accommodate 4 people, with the possibility of 2 couples depending on the case.
If the reservation is made for one guest or a couple, the second bedroom will be inaccessible for logistical reasons (treatment of linen). The office chair and desk will be in the dining room.
