The property is enclosed by a fenced garden of 2000 m2 from which you are free to use the seasomal produce. The living space ammounts to 190 m2 dovided between the house of 150 m2 and a roofed terrace of 40 m2. The house has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna room, utility and 3 bathrooms. The terrace has a dining table for 8-12 people, a small kitchen and an enclosed grill/fireplace. The outside terrace of 170 m2 encloses a big heated pool of 32 m2, the outside kitchen and big grill/fireplace along with the outside table. Also imcluded two smal. goals for football and a net for badminton and or volleyball.
