A nice, newly renovated flat few metres from the ocean where you can find the famous La Tejita beach with its unique mountain Roja.
Includes one bedroom overlooking the mountains and banana plantations, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a television, a sofa bed for two and a terrace where you can enjoy the local sunshine and ocean breeze. The residence also offers a swimming pool and garage.

Opposite the complex there is a very nice park not only for children, but also for basketball lovers and is ideal for evening walks. What's more, next to the park there is La Tejita Street Market, full of restaurants of different kinds, boutiques, cafés and other services such as hairdresser.
El Medano, city that is located only 3 km away, is a favourite spot for (not only) every water sport enthusiast as it has perfect conditions for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing etc. every day.
