Beachhouse overlooking 3 seas - location!
Close to the city, overlooking the open sea. Two double rooms and beds in sunny 3bedroom timber, Art Deco house from 1939, "sitting in the sky". Opens to dramatic views of Lyall Bay, Evans Bay and the Tasman Sea. Aviation devotees will have the perfect vantage point to observe planes landing and departing from one of the world's most difficult airport runways. Having breakfast while watching penguins does happen. :) We have recently been able to see the Aurora Australis from the deck, too.
The two bedrooms are usually rented when the landlord is overseas, so the third room, which is her private room, will be locked behind her. So the place is fully equipped including kitchen. Happy to answer any other questions personally.
