Beautiful, new apartment in Nové Modrany residence. The place is located in a safe, residential area (Prague 4 - Modrany), near the Vltava River, parks and greenery. Bus and tram stops are within reach as well.
The apartment is newly furbished with high-quality appliances, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a spacious balcony. The place also offers free public as well as private parking and separate storage space.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed + sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. It's suitable for mid-term rental, for 3 people max.
