Apartment 95 meters from the beach
Apartment in a premium location just 95 meters from Matosinhos beach. The Matosinhos Sul metro station is located 150 meters away and has a direct connection to the center of Porto and Porto's international airport. Enjoy the beach and the beautiful seaside of Matosinhos.
The airport is located 10 minutes away by car. Uber or Bolt to and from the center of Porto or the airport has a low price according to my experience, between 7 euros to 15 euros.
The apartment has a south-facing balcony where you can enjoy beautiful moments in the sun, late sunsets, etc.
Parties, excessive noise, music, etc. are not allowed at any time of the day and, of course, at night. In case of disturbances, the local police will be requested without any prior notice to the tenants. This is a residential building that strives for "good vibes only".
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Check in to the apartment must be done from 3pm onwards. Entry is not permitted before 3pm. Check-out of the apartment's tenant(s) must always be no later than 12pm.
