THE APARTMENT
Charming Latina Village is located in the largest antique market in Madrid and Spain, known as El Rastro.
This fantastic apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The living room-kitchen area is exterior and has a balcony, while the bedrooms are interior. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds.
In the living room-kitchen, there is a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment also has 2 full bathrooms with showers and a brand-new kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with: Vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery…Additional amenities include: Complimentary toiletries, free WiFi, sheets, and towels.
The apartment has underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning.
THE AREA
Despite being in the city center, it is a very quiet area. The streets are filled with antique shops where you can lose yourself.
On Sunday mornings and public holidays, all Madrileños and tourists come to the famous Rastro: A market with all kinds of antiques, clothes, strange objects... where all the neighborhood shops bring their artworks and most picturesque objects out into the street.
There are also many shops in the area, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars…
Puerta del Sol is just a 15-minute walk away.
GETTING AROUND
The nearest metro stations are Puerta de Toledo and La Latina (both on line 5).

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.
- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.
- Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional fee of €25.
- Rental cribs are available subject to availability for an extra fee to be confirmed. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
- Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
