Traditional bulgarian house near Sofia
Only 30 minutes away from Sofia,following the motorway to the south, is situated a traditional bulgarian village on a hill overlooking fascinating views and landscapes.
Here you can rent a two storey traditional house - fully restored with traditional materials, updated with all modern appliances, satelitte internet and garden of 1700m2.
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen area with a vast terrace that could accomodate up to 20 guests. In the back of the ground floor , with separated entry, is a separated room for 2 person with wc/shower.
On the second floor there is an appartment with living room (sofa bed 2 people) and a bedroom with wc/shower and huge terrace.
Separately there is a bungalow for 4 people with bathroom.
In the garden you can plant your own vegetables in rised beds.
There is a children area with tobogan and a tree house.
The property is suited for a family as well for a small community.
