Quiet and peaceful house close to the beach, decorated with love and with a large living room and kitchen, a garden and private pool.
The house is located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city center on foot.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, the kitchen, the living room, the swimming pool on the ground floor, for exclusive use
The landlord lives on the 2nd floor, completely independent, with only the entrance door and stairs to the rooms in common. I have 2 cats that are mostly with me and on the street.
