Renovated cozy flat, fully equipped in a quite street in the Lisbon center. The flat has a spacious living room with a sofa-bed (for 2 people) and a double window-door, a living kitchen very well equipped, one bathroom with spacious shower and double window, one bedroom with a king bed with double window and big wardrobe.
Floor totally in parquet with exception of the bathroom.
Tram 28 (the most iconic one) just at 1 minute, 10 minutes walking to the Baixa-Chiado metro station(green and blue line), 15 minutes walking to Cais do Sodré metro-train-boat station, 12 minutes walking to Santos train station (to go the beaches), 15 minutes walking to Rossio metro-train station(to go to Sintra), 15 minutes to Rato metro station (yellow line) 10 minutes to Jardim da Estrela, 4 minutes to the Parliament.
Grocery store at 5 minutes and many mini-market at 1 minute. Many restaurants all at walking distance.
