The apartament is located in Rincón de la Victoria, a pretty city, 12kms fron Málaga.

Very quiet zone at 600 m. from the beach and very well connected by bus to Malaga, high speed (AVE) railway station, airport and the rest of the east coast. Quick access to the motorway as the apartments are located at the bottom of Añoreta's Resort. Supermarket, bakery, Cafeteria, Gymm and hairdresser in the same building. Located a few meters walk from the golf club facilities.
The building has a centralized water cistern, which ensures the supply, regardless of any incidents of water cutoff, due to drought.
