Quiet and beautiful working environment
A quiet environment, respectful of nature and that invites you to work and concentrate on important things, eliminating stress and distractions. Large air-conditioned rooms separating the kitchen and bathroom from the rooms for normal use: bedroom and living room. Additionally: a terrace, from which you can also work or enjoy the landscape all year round. The private parking space and the building's community pool (normally open 24 hours a day, all year round), allow you to make the most of your time without leaving the building. Likewise (not included in the price) you can access the Gym in the same building.
When planning free time, there are many options, from using the golf course (100 meters from the apartment), tennis and paddle tennis courts (500 meters), going down to the beach (600 meters), walking around or simply get closer to the quantity and variety of the bustling leisure offer in Malaga or the rest of the Coast. If you like nature, you have wonderful locations nearby to visit such as: La Concepción Botanical-Historical Garden, El Torcal, Diving in Almuñécar, El Caminito del Rey, Serranía de Ronda, Sierra de las Nieves, Laguna de Fuente Piedra, Sierra from Tejeda, the Chillar River Route, the cliffs of Maro or the Sierra Nevada (120 km away) with the highest peaks of the Iberian Peninsula (Mulhacén, 3,478 meters, Veleta 3,394 meters). Additionally, you can visit and enjoy all the Cultural and Historical heritage of the rest of the Andalusian cities, easily accessible from the Apartment.
The apartament is located in Rincón de la Victoria, a pretty city, 12kms fron Málaga.
Very sunny apartment, south facing with large terrace, awnings and Air conditionet (Cool and Heat). Lovely views of the seafront and golf course in private condominium with swimming pool, child ground play and common areas. Very quiet zone at 600 m. from the beach and very well connected by bus to Malaga, high speed (AVE) railway station, airport and the rest of the east coast. Quick access to the motorway as the apartments are located at the bottom of Añoreta's Resort. Supermarket, bakery, Cafeteria, Gymm and hairdresser in the same building. Located a few meters walk from the golf club facilities.
The building has a centralized water cistern, which ensures the supply, regardless of any incidents of water cutoff, due to drought.
The rental of the apartment includes the use of a private parking space within the same building, with access to the elevator.
Guests can access all common areas of the building: Swimming pool, playground, Andalusian patio and garage.
