Exterior flat with balconies in the city centre
Very centric and luminous exterior flat with two (2) bedrooms, each with two single beds and one of them with en-suite bathroom. Heating, A/C, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living-dining room with TV and desk to work from home. The balconies overlook Calle Coloreros. Despite being in the heart of the city, it is a quiet flat in a secure building with a porter's lodge.
The flat is located in the heart of Madrid, in the centre of the city. A few meters from the Plaza Mayor and about 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol. The Teatro Real is 4 minutes walk away. You can walk to any interesting point of the city, as the Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (the main museums are located there), there are supermarkets and shopping streets in the neighbourhood, as well as being an area full of life, bars and restaurants. In case you want to go further away, there are many public transport options that will connect you to any point of the city.
The price includes 2 cleanings of the flat per month, more cleanings can be requested at an additional cost.
Wifi contract is included with own router inside the flat.
It is forbidden to smoke, to host parties and to make noise or play music that transcends from the flat. The flat is located in a community with other flats, so respect for other residents is essential.
