Cozy Room for Female Erasmus Student in Shared Apartment with Two Adorable Cats
Hey there!
We have a lovely room available for rent in our 2+1 apartment, fully furnished and perfect for a female Erasmus student like yourself. The room comes with a spacious 150 * 200 cm bed, a study desk, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. You'll have access to a shared bathroom, balcony, kitchen, and a TV room.
The apartment is smoke-free, and currently, there's another female student occupying the other room. We prefer female tenants only. Contracts are made for six months initially, but if everything goes well, we're open to extending it.
It's worth mentioning that we have two adorable cats in the apartment. I was staying in the room, but now I need to go abroad. Until I can finalize my living arrangements there, I can't take my cats with me. One of them sleeps all day and roams outside at night, while the other explores during the day and stays in at night. We prioritize tenants who get along well with cats and are willing to respect their space by allowing them to come and go from their own room only.
