I used to spend incredible summer vacations here so I hope and believe that future guests will immediately recognize this place as special one and feel like home during their stay.
Apartment Marisa Dolac is a lovely hideout in an otherwise busy place!
Although the apartment is located just 150m from the main square (Piazza) and just 250m from the promenade (Riva), it is still set in a rather quiet area of Hvar Town.
With just a few minute walk you can escape the hustle and bustle of the town life, but when you decide to dive right back into the lovely madness - it is just around the corner.
This charming space spreads across 70m2. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen/dining/living room area, a bathroom with shower, a balcony and a terrace.
Both bedrooms are cosy with comfortable beds (one queen size bed and two single beds).
The kitchen area, although not too large, is fully equipped and has absolutely everything and anything you might need to fix a delightful meal.
Dining and living room area is really spacious and connects to a balcony with an awesome view of the old town, fortress Spanjola and Paklinski islands. There is a futon sofa in the living room that can be used as an extra bed for two persons and, of course, there is TV set and air conditioning.
The terrace shares the same view as the balcony and it is just a perfect place for aperitif at sunset.
Although located very close to the town centre, the surroundings of Apartment Dolac are rather quiet. There are only family houses around and no big hotels, bars or clubs in near proximity which makes this location a rare gem in Hvar Town.
