If you are looking for an absolute relax at a remote place in the middle of nowhere, where you can switch your hectic life full of stressed out people, traffic, noise and light pollution for peace, surrounded by pure nature, if you wish to exchange the concrete and asphalt for the living mass of trees, wild plants and scent of earth below your feet, you are looking for LitaLaz!
We have no neighbors, no roads (except of the wild gravel roads), no factories and their smoking chimneys. Instead, only sounds of nature, farm animals and the sacral silence. Singing birds, falcons, frogs and crickets, distant cows, owls, deer and foxes - everyone wants to tell you something. We are surrounded by beautiful nature, just the perfect mix of grass fields, agricultural land and large patches of woods. The landscape is easy to walk through, with small valleys mixed with shallow hills, just perfect for long walks, herb, wild fruit or mushroom picking, or a picture hunting. You are also welcome to try some work at the farm. Or just relax, meditate and do nothing.
If you will feel like, you can spend some time with our cats, dogs, chickens or listen to relaxing sound of our bees. You can walk outside at night under the sky full of bright stars and fill your lungs with pure air full of antient fragrances from blooming fields, drying hay, plowed field or fire in the stove. You will drink tasty, fresh, clean water without chlorine from our well. This is the place where you can disconnect from electronics and free your head from never ending overloading information flow and reconnect yourself with mother Earth.
For rent we are offering one spacious mobile home with large windows, which can host maximum 6 peop... le. It also has large porch attached from the south and small entrance porch on the west side.
House includes two bedrooms 2+2+sofa in the living room for 2 and spacious kitchen connected with the living room into a place with nice view outside, where you can observe the farm but also wild animals directly from the sofa (which can be also transferred to bed for two people.) Nice bathroom with shover /bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine will still keep you close to civilization and comfort.
Heating is done by invisible electric system from the ceiling with thermometer in each room in combination with woodstove. Fire alarm, CO2 alarm and fire distinguisher is a matter of course.
TV and WIFI signal is included.
HI -FI music box with blue tooth, nice speakers and - disco ball!
The phone signal is excellent.

Other Specs:
Kitchen is supplied with large fridge /freezer, large stove with oven, ceramic top and toaster. No dishwasher, no coffee maker.
Accessibility:
From the closest village of Litava through 2km of gravel road. The road is not suitable for low sport cars. At winter, after heavy snow, 4x4 car would be essential. If you have no suitable car, its possible to park your car near the city hall protected area and get a lift.
Our uniqueness:
Our place is completely authentic and real, with more then 100 year old farm house in bad shape, which is waiting for its renovation, and rough landscape. The environment is not super organized and under control, but rather wild, natural, in the middle of development and saving, intertwined with nature. We have discovered here 9 old wells, we have some trenches filled with water, stone walls, rocks, rough edges and other surfaces you need to watch out for to stay safe. You will see rows of fire wood and building material stored on the property, which is normal during the proces of farm development. This place is like a large but dangerous playground to be used with caution.
Animals:
Accessibility to animals will be your choice. You do not have to be afraid of jumping dogs wiping their saliva into your new pants, if you do not wish for it. All animals are fenced separately from living area. Cats are trained to listen to signal and letting you alone. Cats cant go inside of the house, they are not trained for that.
You can have supervised contact with our animals upon request.
Insect
In our environment, insect is everywhere, the same as air is. We have not many mosquitos, but flies, ants and all kinds of bugs, butterflies or spiders. You will need to be careful around bees, wasps and hornets. Just in case, repellents and EPI pens would be nice to have.
Sounds
Even though we often have an absolutely quite night, we cant guarantee them. Our dogs are reacting to the wild animals moving around and you can hear them in some distance often.
You can hear our roosters calls, or sounds of nature. All is connected in here. Rarely you can catch a jeep or tractor roaming the fields.
Just in case, please get your earplugs for uninterrupted sleeping.
Civilization
The closest grocery and mixed goods COOP store, post office, and bar is located in our village Litava, 2km away. Other stores you find in Close by village of Senohrad, Bzovík and Pliešovce, in perimeter of 10 – 15 km. Supermarkets Tesco, Billa and other stores you can find in the nearest city of Krupina, which is 16km and 20 minutes away.
