The studio is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator. It is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy nice days just few steps away from Porto City Center.
Living Room
The living room features a comfortable sofa and plenty of natural light, as well as a dining table to enjoy your meals!
Please note that a TV is not available, but there are several books for your amusement and entertainment.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooktop and coffee maker (coffee not included).
Sleeping Area
The sleeping area, isolated by sliding doors, has a comfortable double bed and dresser.
Bathroom
The apartment has one bathroom with shower.
In the hallway entrance, a custom made wardrobe provides plenty of storage to keep your belongings!
Additional Information:
The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the mailbox.
During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
