A bright and comfy studio perfect for sea lovers. Located just 8min by walk from Matosinhos beach, allows you to feel the old city vibe on your way to the ocean!
A bright, peaceful and simple small apartment that provides you everything that you might need for your stay.
A double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a couch to chill, an hammock to relax, a full-equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a big window to let the sun in!
Set on a building with 4 floors, the apartment it's on the second floor and there's an elevator.
The kitchen provides all you need. You can find a dining table for 4 people, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, combined cylinder and double refrigerator. In the bathroom there's a bathtub with shower, shampoo, shower gel, soap (provided upon arrival, replacement is not included) and hair dryer. There's also a blackout curtain to block the light in the bedroom and a ceiling fan. We have beach towels and a sun umbrella!

The studio is located in the old part of Matosinhos town. The distance from Porto city is just 30 minutes by metro or 15 minutes by car.
The price includes all the utilities : electricity, water, WiFi and a weekly house cleaning. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
House rules: Pets allowed upon approval. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Silent hours fm: 22:00h till 08:00h
