This beautifully designed apartment with a private balcony is a 12-minute walk from the seafront and the beaches. A one-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor, it is a perfect retreat for a group of 4 and offers the convenience of a lift. As you enter, you are greeted by an open-plan living room seamlessly connected with a kitchen. It is a bright and spacious living area with a window and is furnished with a sofa, a showcase and a dining table set. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the seafront and harbour, ideal for enjoying sunsets, and Porto Vecchio of Sanremo. Nearby beaches feature numerous beachside restaurants and bars, just 12 minutes on foot. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a 4-minute walk. Guests can also go fishing at Amici Fishing, an 11-minute walk away.
The Statue of Mike Bongiorno, the historic old town of Sanremo, La Pigna leading to the Giardini Regina Elena, Museum of Sanremo are all within a 5-8-minute walk. Forte di Santa Tecla, Piazzale Pian Nave, and Meridiana Analemmatica are beachside historical sites, just 8 minutes away.
