By your left there's Yildiz Park where you can chill, walk, run; by your right the ferry pier's 3 min walking distance. This flat's been carefully arranged for a comfortable staying experience. It is very central, close to all the shops, many restaurants, bars... close to public transportation on foot -bus stops 1 minute walking distance and the Ferry pier 3-4 minute walking distance. Easy access to Anatolian Side, from Ferry Pier it takes 5-6 minutes to íœsküdar, 15 minutes to Kadıköy. And many to count... :)
