We understand the importance of having all the necessary amenities at your fingertips. That's why our apartment features a dedicated and fully equipped laundry room, ensuring your clothes are always fresh and ready for your next adventure.
Comfort is key, and we've taken care of that too. Both the living area and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling, allowing you to create the perfect environment regardless of the season. Electric blinds offer privacy and the ability to control the amount of natural light that fills the space.
But it doesn't stop there. Each bedroom has a balcony, offering an east-facing view. Imagine waking up to the gentle morning sun and enjoying a cup of coffee while soaking in the surroundings. On the west side, you'll find a spacious, more secluded balcony with a sitting and dining area, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the sunset.
WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
