This modern and bright studio apartment in the buzzing East District of Cape Town City Centre is located on the 4th floor of a recently refurbished Art Deco block. It comes with 24 hour reception and concierge service, communal work spaces, chill out areas, a tv room, a laundry room and a communal roof terrace with bbq and views over table mountain, the city and the harbour. Parking can be arranged on premises for a fee of R 130 per calendar day (discounted rate for monthly rental)

Wifi always on, no load shedding in public areas (systematic power cuts), we have a generator that jumps into help :-)
