2 bedroom duplex apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the first floor and two bedrooms and a balcony on the second floor, with open views. Property located in a fully rehabilitated building, is furnished and equipped (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, water heater, air conditioning, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, comforters, pillows).
The bedrooms and the living room both face west.
