Modern apartment in perfect Kudamm area
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in the residential building at Brandenburgische Street 26 , which was designed by the architect Paul Baumgarten. The apartment is compact, light-flooded and has a spacious living / dining area. The bedroom as well as the bathroom are also well designed and have that special something when you enter.
The building, which was rebuilt in 2001 by adding a roof extension, contains an elevator and bicycle storage.
The living area has a dining table for 4 (four) people with floor to ceiling windows, the bathroom has natural light. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with a small table for 3 (three).
The listed housing estate is located in the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, district Wilmersdorf. Due to its proximity to Olivaer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Adenauer Platz and Preußenpark, this is a very popular and urban residential area where the charm of the Berlin West has been preserved. Numerous shopping facilities and specialist shops as well as upscale gastronomy, with established pubs and bars are within walking distance. The underground stations Adenauer Platz and Konstanzer Straße are within short walking distance. The nearby city motorway also offers optimal transport connections.
