Beautiful Apartment With a Large Terrace
I am offering fully furnished 3KK apartment for short rent 1 - 3 months in Prague 4, Braník - 3 min walking to tram/bus Prístavište.
The apartment has 140m + 50 m terrace and it is a an attic on the top floor. You can have a BBQ on the terrace as there is charcoal grill available.
It has two big bedrooms both with its own full bathroom.
The master bedroom has its own walk-in closeth and huge bathtub and shower.
The living room is connected together with kitchen and has door to the 50m private terrace.
Additionally there is separate utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate WC for guests.
There is no elevator in the building.
Please no parties and more then 5 people in the apartment.
If you need slighltly longer stay then until the end of September - please write me a msg and we will see if we find solution.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
