A renovated studio, on the first floor of a building with no elevator located in the residential area of Bonfim.
* Living Area
The studio features a queen sized bed (160x200 cm), a comfortable sofa, TV, small dining table for two and air conditioning.
* Bathroom
The apartment has one bathroom with shower.
* Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included)

- The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - refills or replacements are not included.
- The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
- Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
- Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
- City tax will be charged according to the law.
