Balaia 3BR Sunny Terrace
A 3-bedroom apartment perfect for families or groups of friends. With a bright living room that opens onto a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Refresh with your loved ones in the pool or enjoy a fun day on the beach or at a nearby golf resort.

The apartment is inserted in a resort with 2 outdoor swimming pools and just 6 minutes walking from the nearest beach.
Both pools will be closed from November 1st to April 1st.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one double bed bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning, another with 2 single beds and the third with a bunk bed.

The flat has two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, dining table and access to a private terrace with dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included).

The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts at 17:00 and check-out must be done until 11am.
Crib is available upon request.
Pools may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
You can leave your luggage before check-in, or after check-out, in the reception, during its working hours.
