Burgas Coliving & Coworking is a place which gathers freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs or travel lovers with different backgrounds and interests from all over the world and provides them opportunity to live, work, meet and just enjoy life together. We offer a collaborative and inspiring environment that can increase your productivity and motivation to work.
Burgas Coliving & Coworking is located in "Mineral springs of Burgas" - satellite settlement, 15 km. away from city center of Burgas, the second biggest city on the Bulgarian coast. The area is one of the most ancient Bulgarian balneotherapy resorts, dating for more than 2500 years famous with its thermal water.
Our property was created during communism in 1954 near the old bath. Consist of 2 buildings and about 8000sq.m. park area, its purpose was to healing and to provide an salutary rest for communist workers, using a mineral water.
In 2022 after hard renovation work Burgas Coliving & Coworking open its doors to the world.
What we created - 13 bedrooms (8 double and 5 single bedrooms) with 9 bathrooms, 50 sq.m. perfect equipment coworking spaces and private call room, shared kitchen huge dinning and living room, gaming zone, relaxing zone, huge garden with different kinds of areas for all your needs and interests and much much more.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
