In the centre with terrace
Located in the heart of the city of Funchal, this beautiful flat has all the necessary comforts for your well-being. The kitchen and living room are in the same space, separate from both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and the window allows plenty of sunlight in and access to the terrace. The living room overlooks the Pico Fort and the kitchen has a window overlooking the neighbouring building. The whole surrounding area is calm and quiet and the whole neighbourhood is very peaceful. The flat has all the necessary amenities for living, it has a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, oven, hob and microwave. It has an iron and ironing board. There is no air conditioning. The rental has a weekly cleaning service (change of sheets and towels and cleaning of the floors) and does not include parking, which is extra.
