This room is located in a villa with 8 separate rooms with private bathroom on the second floor number 201. The room is furbished with a desk, chair, wardrobe and a single bed. The private bathroom has a shover, tub and a toilet. Private access to the room from the corridor (lockable). The villa features a shared living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Possibility to use the garden with pergola and grill. There is a possibility to have clothes washed in the basin by the caretaker for a small fee. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 min walk to tram, bus, and 10min to metro A. Typically the rooms are occupied by international university students staying few months to several years.
