This nice, sunny and cozy apartment is very well located for your business or leisure trip to Barcelona. The apartment has one bedroom with balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything full equipped.

This apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Santa Eulalia, Plaza Europa area, perfectly located between the airport and Barcelona city center (15 min).
The neighborhood has all the services and public transport (metro, bus and train).
There are shops and supermarkets everywhere, also a food market where you can buy fresh fish every day!
The apartment is located 15 minutes from La Fira de Barcelona 1 & 2, where all the national and international fairs are held.
20 min by train you will be at the beautiful sea coast: Gava, Castelldefels, Garraf and Sitges, with the best beaches of Barcelona.
This is a very quiet neighborhood, the buildings have maximum 4 floors. This is not a touristic area!
The apartment is perfect for people who are coming to work temporary in Barcelona or tourist that want to live in a non-touristic area but close to the city center in Barcelona.
