The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Kreuzkölln, an artist's neigbhourhood with a rich ethnical mix of residents and visitors, Sonnenallee is next door. There is a large offer of Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, galleries, art cinemas around, and the well known Herrmannplatz is a traffic hub, excellent connections to the rest of the city by bus and underground with 2 metro lines and 4 Bus lines.
The flat itself is self-contained and recently modernized on the third floor (lift) and very suitable as a home office. Location is on the third floora of an apartment building occupied by mostly international residents.
