You will stay in the New Town District, directly connected to the Old Town district of Metz. You will also find parking spaces along the street.
You will stay a 7-minute walk from the TGV station, a 16-minute walk from the main tourist attractions such as the Center Pompidou, the Muse shopping gallery or the Les Arènes Sports and Activities Center, and 22 min walk to historic city center.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It is completely private when you book. The owner designed an immersive atmosphere focused on the cocoon theme, providing a unique experience.
The apartment is perfectly suited for 2 to 4 travelers, whether families with or without children, professionals on the move or friends coming to enjoy the comfort of a completely renovated apartment close to the city center.
One of the apartment's bedrooms is equipped with a desk, providing a practical workspace for those who wish to work remotely (thanks to the fiber optic wifi connection included in your stay).
It also has a washing machine, a real plus for long stays.
Beds are made on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides you with hotel quality linen.
The first physical entry into the premises is from 4 p.m. and departure must be at 11 a.m. maximum on the day of your departure.
