Nice apartment of 70 m2 plus terrace of 30 m2 on the seafront and 200 m away from Santa Ponsa beach. The views are very pleasant and clear.
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and WiFi Internet connection throughout the house. The dining room has a 40-inch TV and sofa. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with an induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and microwave. It also has osmotic water for drinking and cooking.
