Large T2 modern new construction apartment on the first floor less than 300 meters from the Jardim de Arca d'Agua. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room including workstation, dining area, kitchen, and large balcony. The apartment has a southeastern exposure and lots of natural light.
