The apartment is located on the ground floor that is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the street to the building and some more steps after entering the building to the door of the apartment.
When it enters the apartment, a wide, luminous hall area with a secretary, connects the living room, the dining zone and the kitchen. It is a large and open space with a very comfortable leisure zone with TV with international channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped dining area and kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with plate and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer.
On the other side of the house, there is the area of ​​the rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (160x200) and has a private bathroom with shower. The other room has two individual beds (90x200), side by side. There is another full shower with a shower that supports this room.
