The apartment is located in a building in a family neighborhood, in a pleasant and quiet place, 100 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the S. Pedro do Estoril train station.
The apartment has been completely refurbished and is located on a 1st floor in a building without an elevator with easy access by wide stairs.
When it enters, an entrance hall gives access to the living room, large and luminous, with living area and meal zone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern devices and all the dishes and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has plate and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing and drying outfit, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.
A hall separates the social zone from the three -bedroom private zone.
The elegantly decorated suite has a double bed, has a private bathroom with shower cabin. At the bottom of the corridor are the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The double rooms each have two single beds. One of the rooms has a small balcony.
Towels, toilet paper, hands gel, bath gel, shampoo and hair dryer are available.
The apartment has heaters and fans for your comfort all year round.
