This picturesque house is located on a street of former Cascais fishermen houses, with a pride seen from the ocean, the beaches, the Marina and the Bay of the Costa do Estoril.
The house is located in the historic center of Cascais, 130m on foot of the beaches and the train station, 80m from stores, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The area is very calm, as it is a pedestrian street and only for residents.
When it enters the house, you find a modern kitchen fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, fridge with freezer, plate and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and mixer. There is still extendal, board and iron.
Contiguous to the kitchen, there is a meal area with table and chairs.
The living room is large and very luminous, extremely comfortable and well decorated. There is LCD TV with international channels and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The living room gives access to the terrace. The terrace is wonderful. With a table and meal chairs, you can enjoy a meal with the best view you can imagine. There are also two sun loungers, where you can have a drink, read a book or simply relax.
The bedroom and bathroom are in Mezzanine. The modern bathroom has a shower cabin. Soap, bath gel, shampoo and hair dryer are available.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a simple and comfortable furniture. Bedding and towels are included.
The sea will accompany you in your dreams, as it will be the first vision you will have in the morning. It could not be more relaxing and romantic.
The house does not allow children, as the terrace zone can be dangerous for the little ones, for safety reasons we cannot accept. If the two guests wish to sleep in separate beds, the sofa bed in the living room may be used, but no more than two guests are allowed.
The house has air conditioning for total comfort all year round.
House rules:
* For safety reasons, children are not allowed;
* Smoking is not allowed;
* Pets are not allowed without prior permission;
* The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or disabilities;
* Noise is not allowed in the house after 22:00;
* Remove trash and turn off the lights and equipment when not in use.
* It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.
* Key loss - € 100:
* Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the client pays for intervention

Cascais Municipal Rate:
The Lisbon City Council charges a rate of 2 € per night of stay per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14 € per person. This rate should be delivered in cash at check-in.
