Duplex River View Apt Gaia | With A/C!
If you are looking for a place to stay super close to the center of Porto but still in a quieter area, this is the place! This property is located just 5 minutes from the "General Torres" metro and trains on foot. If you go down the street, you will come directly to the famous D. Luis I Bridge and to Cais de Gaia. This property is a duplex and has lots of natural light and you will find everything you need during your stay, such as a kitchen with all utensils, a sofa and TV, a comfortable bed and a bathroom. The bedroom is located at the top of the property and from the living room you have access to a wonderful balcony overlooking the Douro River.
A fully equipped duplex apartment on the third floor (no elevator) - it is modern and recently renovated. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, and a bright living room and there is AC installed at the apartment.

The area of Vila Nova de Gaia has undergone massive improvements in the last few years and is very popular among locals and tourists alike. The main street is full of many shops, charming historic centre, restaurants, cafés, and unique hotspots, making it the ideal place for your stay in Porto. Also, you are in the place of the Porto wine cellars. We are sure you will not be disappointed.

» LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 06:00 (06 AM) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied (amount should be paid in cash at check-in).
» PASSPORTS / IDs: all guests have to present their passports / IDs before or at check-in.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property, a 50 euros fee will apply.
