Chiado Apartment T3 with River View
I am renting a 3-bedroom apartment in the Baixa-Chiado area for 6months. It's fully furnished, has tan elevator, is close to the metro (1minute) offers a river view. The value includ electricity, water, internet, and bi-monthly cleaning services. I'm looking to rent it to someone who shows an appreciation for the apartment.
Note: we include 3hours of cleaning after two weeks of stay and checkout. If you want more cleaning price is 15€/hour paying directly to Sandra (house maker).
We only accept:
1 couple with children
2 couples
2 young adults
The children's room with a bunk bed is for children only.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
