I am an Erasmus student saw many houses but this one different from the others! A bright south-facing room with appropriate amenities and a generous and fast responding and respectful landlord! A continent under the house and you have quick access to the green and red metro lines. I will miss it!

The House is very nice and well equipped. My experience with the landlord was very good! Good communication. The living room is amazing, not very common in this kind of apartment, therefore very appreciated.

I highly recommend this apartment! The location is great, the metro is just around the corner so you can easily reach the centre in 15 min. The living room is really spacious and comfortable. The only downside is no heating and old windows in the common areas. Landlords were always there to help!

Location of the apartment is perfect! You have 2 metro lines very close and Instituto Superior Tecnico is 10 minutes of walk away. Landlords were great and helpful - we had few issues that needed to be fixed and they reacted quickly.

The room was really big with enough storage space. The matress was very comfy and big. The apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you'd need. The bus stop for transfers to the beach is well within walk7ng distance as well. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything was great.

Everything was accurate , i found the place like i saw on this website , but the building is very old and you need to keep the bathroom door closed because sometimes bad smell comes from there and there is no way they can fix it because the pipes are too old also , except that it was a great experience to live there , flatmates were very friendly , location is great , neighbourhood is quiet , metro is close , markets and cafes are 2 mins by walking , i highly recommend to people who is considering this place , i would definetely rent it again.

The apartment is great, very spacious (both the common areas and the bedroom), and is in better condition than the photos, as it is more furnished. I stayed there for a year, and I only have good things to say about the apartment. Plus, it's a great neighborhood.

Living room and kitchen are big and very pleasant. My room (1) is a bit small due to the fact there is a bathroom. I faced only two minor problems : -the bed is not a real double bed, which is may be better regarding to the space available. -Unpleasant smell from the bathroom sometimes. I spend really good times in this flat, the big living room and kitchen is a really positive point, there's not so much flat with a living room that big in Lisbon. Plus, the landlord is very kind and reactive, I recommend it :)

Great apartment (one of the better student flats you'll find in Lisbon for the money). The common areas, especially the living room, were a nice place to study and relax. My room (double bedroom with balcony) was somewhat lacking in furniture, however (just a wardrobe, a table, and a chair). A larger bed would have been nice (the bed is as pictured in the photo). Areeiro is a pleasant but dull neighborhood but it's well-located on public transit lines.

The place is very spacious and clean - above the standard I had learned to expect from other uniplace apartements. I'll recommend this place to everyone
