This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Toulouse is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the \;Compans\; neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are available nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, pans, microwave, toaster, crockery, kitchen ustensils... It also has a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, water, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Compans neighbourhood is situated in the centre of Toulouse, between the Canal du Midi and the boulevards Marquette and Lacrosses. The ancient military barracks – a proper tribute to the generals Compans and Caffarelli
gave the neighbourhood its name. Compans is nowadays a business quartier with a high concentration of offices, prestigious hotels and plenty of accommodation. The Compans-Caffarelli public garden split the area into two – don’t miss the incredible Japanese Garden located there! In the area, you will also find a shopping mall, two sports malls and plenty of “Grandes Ecoles” – prestigious universities such as the University of Toulouse 1 and its Law Faculty. Metro B serves the area (Compans). Life here is calm and peaceful. However, you will find an interesting School of living music and “the Chapelle” – a wide place of social, artistic and political experimentation (rue Danielle-Casanova).
