The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, microwaves, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. The bedroom, living room and kitchen have large windows with double glazing overlooking with views to the historic Saint George castle. You will find the starting point of the route of the well-known tram line 28. The apartment was built in 2014 and has an excellent location with a variety of services in the area such as supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and the subway station two minutes away walking.
